SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. and LiCAP Technologies, Inc. have entered into a strategic partnership to accelerate innovation in electric vehicle (EV) battery production. The collaboration will focus on integrating LiCAP’s proprietary dry electrode technology, which eliminates the use of volatile organic compounds and other hazardous materials traditionally found in electrode manufacturing.
This initiative aligns with Nissan’s long-term sustainability goals and aims to improve production efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and set new industry standards for advanced energy storage systems.
